I have a holistic approach to training and will advise you on your training plans, mental preparation and nutritional balance for any upcoming event you are targeting. I have specialist knowledge of what it takes to achieve your targets in endurance based events.

Having successfully achieved my ambitions in a number of challenging endurance based athletic events I feel that I am in an excellent position to help you achieve your own goals.

I have successfully completed events including the Marathon des Sables, UK Ironman triathlon, Thames Path Ultra 50 mile run, the Etape du Tour, the UTMB, the South Downs Way ultra and the Lands End to John O’Groats cycle ride. I have also completed the Ridgeway Challenge, the hilly 85 mile course took me 21 hours which saw me finish in 25h place overall and first in my age group. I have spent a considerable amount of time analysing different training regimes to help people achieve their goals in these events, whether it be aiming for a personal best performance or just wanting to complete the distance.

My personal training service is tailor made and can involve anything from one-to-one sessions to weekly e-mail updates with a full training schedule, based on your own requirements in conjunction with an initial fitness assessment session.
