Running workshop and video analysis clinic

The workshop will be based in the hotel and outside at Streatley recreation ground, covering:
•Posture, breathing, arm swing and cadence.
•Foot contact position and footwear itself.
•Biomechanical efficiency with details of the fascial system and elastic recoil.
In addition, Sports Therapist Jeremy Waite, of Sports-Solutions, will be on hand to advise on the links between running form, posture and injury prevention.
The cost for the day's seminar will be £99, with a small group allowing significant time to discuss your own technique as well as learning from others.

Shane specialises in the body's natural movement and coaching a running form that concentrates on energy efficiency and reducing the effects of impact on the body, allowing runners to train more effectively, this increases their performance during competition and significantly reduces their chances of injury.
