What do you offer?

I offer a wide variety of massage practice, employing traditional massage strokes, soft tissue release, muscle energy techniques, trigger point therapy, neuro-muscular techniques as well as a range of stretching and rehabilitation movements.

This will help you correct posture imbalances, optimise the pace of injury recovery, ease aches and pains and allow you to train more regularly and at a more intense level.
