I first qualified as a Sports and Rehabilitation Massage therapist in 2009 and continued my training to qualify as a Sports Therapist in 2014.

I initially became interested in training as a sports therapist during my training for the UK Ironman in 2006 and could see the benefit of regular consultations with trained professionals. I have since continued my enjoyment of endurance challenges completing events such as the Marathon des Sables, Ultra trail du Mont Blanc, Devizes to Westminster kayak race and various cycling challenges in the UK and through Europe.

My primary focus for sports therapy is trying to bring in a holistic approach which recognises the importance of linking mental and physical wellbeing during rehabilitation.
